Consultations are by appointment which can be booked in advance either over the phone, in person or using Patient Online.
Urgent cases will usually be seen on the same day.
- An appointment is for one person only - where another member of the family needs to be seen or discussed, another appointment must be made.
- Only request an urgent appointment if appropriate.
- Please be punctual, but be prepared to wait if your consultation is delayed by an unexpected emergency.
- Please remove headphones / AirPods from ears before your consultation with the Clinicians or when you are at Reception
The doctors and nurse can be available for advice after surgeries or clinics. Please ring and give details of your query preferably by 10:00. This allows the doctors and nurse time to complete the booked morning surgery and contact you in time for any action to be taken. Please be available on the number when called by the doctor or nurse. Please ensure we have the correct telephone number to contact you.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
As part of the Winter Pressures campaign, extra appointments will be available from Monday 4th November 2019
